Graduated from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, with a degree of Lawyer and Notary Public. She took the training course for lawyers of the Escuela de Abogacía de Buenos Aires (Fores). She has a master’s degree in Administrative Law from the Universidad Austral. She has completed postgraduate training courses conducted by the Escola Gallega de la Administración Pública at the Universidad Carlos III, Santiago de Compostela and Madrid. She has taught Right to Information at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is the executive director of the Program of Introduction to Telecommunications of the Universidad Austral. Professor in the Biannual Program on Economic Regulation Law of the Universidad Austral. Executive director of the Innovation 4.0 Program and Administration and Justice 4.0 Program of the Universidad Austral. At present, she is Executive Director of the Diploma in Law 4.0 of the Universidad Austral. From 1993 to date, she has specialized in Regulatory Strategic Counseling on telecommunications, technology and media. Counsel for national and international operators; value-added providers; mobile telephony; data; paging; trunking; teleinformatics; Internet access, broadcasting and cable TV providers; telecommunication equipment providers and installers and provincial free zone concessionaries, etc.

She has broad experience in the field of Public Law, specifically, in Administrative Law and Regulation of Telecommunications gained from working at state, legislative and judicial levels as Secretary of the Committee on Constitutional Affairs of the Honorable Senate of the Republic of Argentina; officer of the Supreme Court of Justice and legal secretary of the Consejo de la Magistratura (Council of the Judiciary) of Argentina; as well as from her legal counseling in the private sector.
Her professional practice has been supplemented by her academic activity related to Administrative Law, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, among other institutions.
She was Academic Secretary of the Specialization Program in Economic Regulation Law of the Universidad Austral, of the Annual Program in Telecommunications and Executive Director of Innovation 4.0 (Big Data, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence) and Administration and Justice 4.0 Programs, at the same University. At present, she is Executive Director of the Diploma in Law 4.0 of the Universidad Austral.
She has participated as speaker in conferences, courses, seminars and congresses on Administrative law.
